From February 27 to March 3, the Mobile World Congress has returned to Barcelona to position Catalonia as the reference center for connectivity and technology. The quintessential technology conference featured more than 2,000 exhibitors including global mobile operators, device manufacturers, technology providers, and content creators and sellers.
MEC electric carsharing has been part of the 4YFN (4 Years From Now) round table that has taken place on Wednesday, March 1. During the event, the Connectio open innovation platform was presented, a Barcelona Activa initiative that seeks to connect startups, SMEs and large corporations with concrete innovation opportunities. At Connectio, companies can pose social, environmental and economic challenges, as well as offer other methodologies to come up with different solutions to these challenges. Previously, MEC had submitted a sustainable mobility proposal to one of the challenges raised in Connectio.
We have had the honour of sharing the round table, moderated by Bárbara Mayoral Santamaria, with Joan Ras Jansà, founding member of SDLI; and Alejandro Torras Cardona, Director & Founder of UNIFIT.
